Process

 

The process for translating your text:

 

1. Send English Vietnamese Translation Services your document by email to info(a)english-vietnamese-translations.com. We accept any generally available text document formats (including DOC, ODT, XLS, PDF). Remember to describe also:

• Target audience and usage of the text (if not really obvious)
• Preferred/absolute deadlines related to the project
• Anything else you feel is important?

 

2. If we have no further questions, English Vietnamese Translation Services will send you a one-line project proposal with total cost by email. Once you say "OK" we start working on the translation.

 

Preferred method of payment is our pre-paid translation packages:

Translation package 500 words $25.00 1000 words $50.00 1500 words $75.00 2000 words $100.00

PAYMENT OPTION (2): You can also pay at our office.

PAYMENT OPTION (3): If you prefer invoicing and you are a new customer, we need you to provide us some basic information about your company by emailing to info(a)english-vietnamese-translations.com:

• Official name, address, VAT/registration id
• Contact person name, phone number and email
• Invoicing instructions -- preferably a single email address where to send the invoice.

 

4. You will receive translated document by email. If you purchased translation package, English Vietnamese Translation Services will send you number of words used and number of words you have left in your account.
